The spacious superior queen suite with a balcony was perfect, and having filtered water available for refills was a nice touch. The location near the tram line and the shopping center added convenience.

Our stay in the Superior Suite was quite pleasant. The large rooms had a mini kitchenette, perfect for a family. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome.

However, the air conditioning was underwhelming, leaving the room warmer than we hoped. Breakfast was repetitive, lacking variety, and we noticed some items were on paper plates.

Our stay in the executive suite with my girlfriend was fun, especially with the kids enjoying the spacious room. We loved the balcony view and used the kitchenette for making snacks. Plus, the tram stop right outside made city exploring super easy!

My wife says that the breakfast area was too small for our family size.

However, the housemaids had limited English, which made communication a bit difficult at times.

Our family had a delightful stay! Spacious room with a fantastic balcony overlooking the port. Enjoyed freshly prepared pastries at nearby cafes. Quick access to the tram made exploring Marseille easy. Just a tip, consider bringing extra towels, as only one hanger is available in the bathroom.
